Perhaps it's time to move to Spain because it's apparently against the law to fire you if you happen to call your boss a son of a bitch. Oh, and you can also call your boss crazy too.
I don't know about you, but I sure think this is one of those cases where the person really was deserving of being terminated. I know Spain must have different employment regulations, but I'd like to think a company can go ahead and fire you if you call another employee (especially your boss) a son of a bitch. Maybe that's just me though?
