Loading ...Perhaps it’s time to move to Spain because it’s apparently against the law to fire you if you happen to call your boss a son of a bitch. Oh, and you can also call your boss crazy too.
I don’t know about you, but I sure think this is one of those cases where the person really was deserving of being terminated. I know Spain must have different employment regulations, but I’d like to think a company can go ahead and fire you if you call another employee (especially your boss) a son of a bitch. Maybe that’s just me though?

Interesting that would be allowed anywhere in the world, I had a friend who actually called our boss that once but she didn’t get so lucky and was immediately terminated.

Spain has it right! I’ve worked for way to many a**holes who totally deserve to be told off for their crappy management style and complete lack of skills!

I never been to that situation and i hope wouldn’t be.But i can say it’s really happening.It’s unrespectful to call your workmate especially your boss that way.Maybe every person should learn how to control their emotions to avoid problem or might as well getting fired.
