Loading ...What’s the worst thing that’s happened to you for being late to work? Verbal reprimand perhaps? Well, Rochelle Crockett, a grill cook, claims that she was locked in a storage shed for 20 minutes while her coworkers beat on the outside with hammers.
The manager says it was actually a harmless prank that lasted three minutes, with the shed only being hit twice by hammers. He goes on to say everybody laughed about the whole thing, even the supposed “victim”.
If she really was locked up for 20 minutes with repeated hits from the hammer banging on the sides of the shed, I can perhaps see her being upset about the whole thing. However, this does sound like she initially had a sense of humor about it, but then decided she may be able to get some money out of the whole thing - thus dramatically embellishing on the story. Luckily, there’s apparently some surveillance video for the police to check out, so the truth should eventually come to light.
