Loading ...You’ve probably heard talkshows and magazine authors all talk about how, on average, women actually work much more than men. Well, it turns out that that’s not quite true. A new study shows that men work the same amount as women when looking at all forms of work (office work, house work, etc).
I figured that all those claims about how stay at home mothers were working enough for hundreds of thousands of dollars each year when compared to office work. Obviously statistics can all be bent one way or another, and I have no doubt that many women work a hell of a lot harder than men, but it seemed way off when people were saying that housewives were doing 2+ times more work than their husbands who were working 8-5.
File that under 99% of all statistics are wrong.
