Substitute Teacher in Trouble for Using Clothespin Punishments

Ruth Ann Stoneburner won't be subbing for Ohio's Amanda-Clearcreek school district anymore - not after she used clothespins to pinch the mouths shut of disruptive students.

I definitely think there's been way too much overreaction towards teachers and discipline in recent years, but clothespins do seem a bit much. Better than a smack on the knuckles with a ruler though right?

File that under hung out to dry.
