It’s an interesting idea, though I doubt many will enter the contest for their current boss as the risk seems pretty great that they could find out. The linked article has a few entries so far and all seem to be about ex bosses.
It is noted in the article that people are afraid of their computers being monitored and that if they enter the contest from work, they’d likely be found out. I figure if somebody is dumb enough to write about how bad their boss is at work, they deserve to be found out.
File that under bad bosses pay off.
