Loading ...Drunk driving is no laughing matter, but showing up drunk to your DUI court hearing is. Drunk driving is one of those things that really pisses me off. If you’re gonna do something stupid, do something that won’t put other people’s lives at risk.
Anyway, back to the funny parts. The defendant, James Kassab, showed up with a blood alcohol level that was almost double the legal limit. The judge held him in a cell for a day to sober up. Once he was sober he plead guilty to the DUI charges. The judge then ordered Kassab to stay away from alcohol, places that server alcohol, and people that are drinking alcohol until sentencing.
File that under hope that doesn’t rule out beer commercials.
