Link: Top 10 Weirdest Keyboards

Fosfor gadgets has a pretty nice feature that lists the top 10 weirdest keyboards ever. The list includes some nice pictures and a small write up.

For best name, the award has to go to the Twiddler 2 with the oddest looking being the Orbitouch (I have no clue how you'd even begin to use the Orbitouch). The list also has a few ideas that may one day take off if they are implemented better, such as laser keyboards and wrist keyboards.

Personally, I HATE anything weird with my keyboard. I don't like the ergonomic ones where there is a small gap in the middle of the keyboard to separate your hands more. I personally don't type exactly how you are supposed to. For instance, most of the time I use my left index finger to touch the 'y' key. Similarly, I usually use my right index finger to hit the 'b' key. Both of these actions are nearly impossible on the ergonomic or "natural" keyboards since they basically divide the keyboard into a chunk of keys for each hand.

Oh, I hate soft keys too. You know, the ones that you can't really feel. I like my keys to require some pressure and to have a bit of a snap to them.

Hmmm... anything else? No, I think that's it.
