Loading ...Google has released its zeitgeist for 2005. Basically, they list the top search terms, also doing some fun comparisons of fun key phrases like “the force” and “dark side”. They also link up searching with world events, such as the tsunami and the hurricanes.
It’s always fun to see what people search for, and though it’s mostly celebrities taking top spots, some natural disasters come in along with the XBox for a few of the top 10 spots. I don’t think it’s much of a suprise to see iPod as the #1 search term for Froogle, but it’s amazing that the word “ipod” shows in 4 of the top 10.
